Scott Alderman is a member of Trilogy’s investing team. He previously spent 11 years at Western Wireless, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Western Wireless International (WWI), a company that operated mobile networks in 11 countries in Europe, Africa, South America and the Caribbean. At WWI, he was involved in the acquisition, financing, network development and sale of wireless assets that created nearly $2 billion in value for Western Wireless shareholders. Earlier in his Western career, Scott played key roles in acquiring spectrum assets that enabled the growth of Voicestream Wireless, which was spun out of Western in 1999 and later became T-Mobile.

Scott serves on the Board of Overseers of Whitman College. He has a BA degree from Whitman College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He spends as much of his free time as possible in the outdoors with his three kids.

Scott currently serves on the boards of Globys and FanVision and is an observer for FiREapps and GameChanger. Scott also co-leads Trilogy’s investments in small-cap buyouts, sourced primarily through the search fund model.
